I had a motorcycle accident a few years ago, and my helmet came off and my ear was... well... sort of mangled. When I saw it in the mirror afterward I thought doing much with it would be very difficult. It was, but the surgeon, a friend of mine, did a wonderful job. You cannot tell it was ever damaged now.

Yes I have. The first didn't take. It was on my hand and the graft died so my hand was sowed to my side for two weeks. It worked so my hand was saved. Much later in my life I had an accident and it filet the side of my face. The plastic surgeon was very proud of his work. He told me it took 7 hours to pick the crushed glass out. Then two more hours with over 200 stitches sowed in. I have a wicked scar at the right of my right eye that forms a u.

Yeah, the plastic surgeon is a different breed. An artist, for sure.

When I was 9, my parents arranged to have my cauliflower ears modified so they are closer to my head.

I got laceration right next to my eye that required stitches. The scar tissue would have interfered with my vision so a plastic surgeon fixed it.
