Hysterectomies are notoriously difficult to get if you don’t have a reason to do it under the age of 35 (and also single and childless) and it’s even harder for an insurance company to cover it. Instead, I would recommend a uterine ablation, a much less invasive procedure that destroys your uterine lining permanently and makes you unable to get pregnant at all. It’s also way cheaper if your insurance won’t cover it as it may not be seen as “medically necessary.”

My aunt had one and it fucked her up pretty badly. She's on hormone therapy, has bladder issues from it

Yeah you are right there that's for sure.. . And that's what you should probably do if you don't want kids but just because you think something today doesn't mean that you're going to always think that way. But at the same time you would know better than me I mean you know what you want and what you don't want but still leave the door open a little while never can tell

In my country, hysterectomy can only be done at the age of 30+ or after having children if you don't have any health issues that require you to do that.
