What do you think of this, AI assisted kicking force calculation?

I used help from an online AI to calculate the real kicking force I was hitting the 225lbs standing water bag with at 20 years old, based on the fact I could send it airborne across a room by 10 feet of length, and I used to think it was 2800 pounds based on my own calculations plus input from a military retired EOD member.

With help from the bot, I instead found that the minimum kicking force I was applying to the bag was 6000 foot-pounds force, assuming a 0.2 second contact time with the bag. If the contact time is less than that, the force is even higher. Since this was a penetrating "Thrust Kick" I assume 0.2 seconds is a good contact time for the kick, as it's inconceivable that a 0.05 second contact time could be "penetrating" the target.
