What to eat when you feel sick and have been sick for the past few days?

What kind of sick? Vomiting? IF that then go with the BRAT diet. Just a cold/flu? Eat some pho.

BRAT, Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, plain Toast. eat small amounts and stay hydrated with water.

I usually have lots of soup. I also drink a lot of gatorade to stay as hydrated as possible.

Dry crackers and water or tea. I'd take the most neutral soup if I feel like anything else.
