I am at the age and workout enough (swim and track teams) where I do have one but I know that someday it might disappear. Such is life and it is not a big deal

A true six pack is exhausting to both achieve and maintain. At 40 years old, I just don't have the time, or rhe will, to do so, anymore.

I'm still in good shape, but I'm closer to "dad bod" than I am to six pack, now, and I'm perfectly fine with that. I'm not a young guy, anymore.

I don’t have a true six pack anymore, but I’m in good shape. Too much work to have a real six pack at my age. I think a routine of exercise, eating healthy (most of the time), and an active sex life are all important — so I try to keep my sexy older man physique.

I have one but I don't really care though. I only prefer to be lean so that my face doesn't hold on to as much fat so that people won't treat me worse.

Idc, i used to be an athletic muscular man in my early 20's but now i'm overweight, i surely wish to have my old body back but i'm okay with myself and feel satisfied but wouldn't mind to lose some weight just for a better health
