I use to have a healthy diet, but I fell off, hitting the chicken breast and veggies here and there.. I exercise so much though, that I can get away with a notsogreat diet... For now...

Exercise yes - usually good all the time - as for diet... mostly I do but there are certainly times I am not :)

I eat everything, so I assume it's quite healthy... and yes... I go for a run... when it's not freezing outside :D

I don’t have a super strict diet but I make sure to watch what I eat and not go too crazy with junk food or sweets. I work out 3 days a week I like where I am at now. 6 feet tall 205 pounds and 11 percent body fat. I like being right in between that athlete/bodybuilder look. Not too bulky but yeah.
