Is a 36C size small for a 5'7 19 year old ( weight is 63-65kgs)?

What are your actual bust and under-bust measurements? I guarantee your under-bust measurement is not 36". I'll bet it's more like 30" or 32" max.
True bust size isn't measured by adding inches to the bra band and decreasing the cup size, so how can we tell the actual size of your boobs?
