I decided not to go through with it as my boyfriend gets do much enjoyment out of them. Today is tittyfuck Tuesday so I'll let him do that.

This is truly a dilemma... on the one hand you clearly shouldn't be in physical pain because of it but on the other hand from your boyfriend's perspective. "Boobs". XD Honestly your body your choice end of the day but I personal would never have any kind of cosmetic surgery unless I had a deformity like a really bad burn injury or soemthing. Surgeries like that are invasive and potentially dangerous. Also, I'm going to be real with you a lot of women would kill to be in your position. I see a ton of posts here about woman being insecure about their breasts around their SO because they're worried, they're too small. For the record ladies I've never met a straight guy who doesn't like boobs big or small. Also, some men prefer average and even some like smaller breasts for bedroom purposes. Breasts that are hand sized are a lot easier to play with during kinky time.

That sounds really hard. I can understand why your boyfriend wants you to keep them if he loves you the way you are. But I hope that he will support you regardless.

Perhaps you could find a middle ground, if you measured using the abrathatfits calculator and discovered that you are wearing the wrong size, the right size could alleviate your back pain. It has for many women in your situation. But if that doesn't work and you still need the surgery then I hope your boyfriend is supportive and loving throughout the whole process

Besides in most cases, where women Got a boob reduction, within 2 years they end up with Same size as previously..

In some Cases after Reduction growth become consistent and down the path after 6-7 Years they have much bigger breasts than before reduction.. reduction comes with a risk or Growth stimulation..

They won't tell you that..

If your question is should you get it, that is up to you. My thought is that you should if it will help your health and make you more comfortable. If you question is what about your boyfriend's desires, forget him. he is willing for you to suffer just so he can see big boobs.
