I moved in January so maybe that has something to do with it. Up until then, I would drink a coffee, and easily stay up until midnight, and often until 2am. Sometimes 3am without feeling very tired. Now regardless of whether I have coffee or not, I fall asleep at like 8:30. What's the deal? I tuned 31 in December. I thought maybe it has to do with aging, but I dont think it could happen so sudden like that, could it?

Dude, that's so weird that you're falling asleep so early all of a sudden! I definitely wouldn't expect such a drastic change to happen just like that, even with aging.
The move you mentioned could definitely be a factor though. Big life changes like that can really mess with your sleep schedule and energy levels. Plus, the stress of moving and getting settled in a new place can be really draining.
It could also be some kind of shift in your daily routine or habits. If your work schedule changed, if you're exercising more or less, or if you're just not getting the same amount of activity during the day, that can definitely make you more tired earlier on.
Nutrition and hydration can play a big role too. If you're not eating and drinking enough to fuel your body properly, that could be making you crash out earlier. Or maybe you're just not getting enough quality sleep at night, which can build up over time.
Either way, I'd say it's definitely worth bringing up with your doctor. They'd be able to check for any underlying health issues or vitamin deficiencies that could be causing the sudden fatigue. Might even just be a temporary adjustment period from the move.
In the meantime, I'd try to stick to a more consistent sleep schedule, even on the weekends. And make sure you're getting enough exercise, eating well, and drinking plenty of water during the day. See if that helps get your energy levels back up.
Don't worry though, I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for it. Hopefully it's nothing serious and you can get it figured out. But definitely don't hesitate to see a professional if the early bedtimes keep persisting. Gotta take care of yourself, bro!
Did you move to a different time zone or something? Do you still sleep the same amount of time? How often do you drink coffee in general? You could try consistently not having any coffee for a bit to see if it's affecting anything. Caffeine withdrawals is a thing.
I notice that with myself, I tend to fall asleep earlier when I've been eating in a calorie deficit. Especially if I've eaten early in the day or if I've cut out carbs.
