Why do woman eat healthier than men?

A driving force in women is to be safe. This can be seen by decisions made such as diet, where to go out at night, what protection to carry, even in keeping their home safe from germs. Because of this instinct more women than men will cook healthy meals and care for themselves and thelr families.


Now obv that’s a general answer as some guys do focus on health and some girls do eat junk. Also women feel a societal pressure to stay thin so eating unhealthy calories goes against that goal. But overall the reason why more women eat healthier than men is to be safe to their bodies long term and be in better health.
