My mother who died last year on pancreatic cancer with 42 had occasional pain on right side below rips. This pain started to be more intense and lasted longer over two or three years until she went to doctor who diagnosed pancreatic cancer in early stage. Unfortunately this cancer wasn't operable even in early stage. From this time it was just a question of time. It was 3 and half years since diagnosis until her death. Fortunately her pain could be mended with modern opioids and she suffered more from never ending diarrhea and lack of appetite last months before she died than from pain.

Generally it's always deadly and in 80% of cases unoperable. Just 3% of patients reach 5 years after detection, 70% die in first 12 months after diagnosis. Metastasis possibility of pancreatic cancer is nearly 100%. It means even in early stage this cancer will infect other organs, mostly liver, lungs and colon which lead to other terminal cancers. Chemo therapy stops pancreatic cancer for growing for a while but it damages liver over longer time and damaged liver is at the end what kills you, not the cancer.

Honestly, it's a death sentence cancer and I don't think I would know it too early since early detection makes no real difference

I am so very sorry for losing your Mom especially to this disease.
I watched the video and if people would just notice that their urine changes color to dark and the color of tea and go to the doctor when they first noticed their urine changes, they might have a better outcome.
So don't ignore it if your urine turns darker than usual.

I'm not an internist but I think dark urine is a symptom for lot of gallbladder, kidney and liver problems. My mother didn't had this symptom.
