No, I don't think I could put on weight even if I wanted to for whatever reason (metabolism, don't eat enough, etc)

Trending & News I’ve actually been working hard to gain weight. I work out a lot and I struggle with eating at a stable caloric surplus because I don’t have much of an appetite. I’ve managed to gained 3 lbs over the course of 3 months, don’t really care if it’s fat or muscle tbh.
EASILY. I could STOP exercise Just sit all day eating hi fat stuff, crackers cookies etc. with sugary soft drinks. I predict 15 pounds 7 kilo added in 9 to 10 days! Like most obese here in america. See my mytake about top obesity countries.
Now losing, anybody can lose 5 or 6 pounds when they START a diet, the problem is keeping or maintaining the diet and losing more than 10 pounds!
That would be really hard to do. 10lbs is a whole bunch of weight. 30 days isn't much time either. I mean maybe, but it would take a shit ton of dedication.
no i have a very high metabolism. i have a binging problem and frequently eat like 3000 calories a day but my weight and bmi have been the exact same for like almost two years, despite that. normally i should be morbidely obese but thankfully instead i'm still at a bmi of 25. i'd have to gorge myself like a pig and eat like even more than that to gain and that would be so painful

Yes, sadly, that would be too easy for me.
I could for sure but I'm on a calorie deficit/cut so I will not be doing that anytime soon until my next bulk.
In a heartbeat.
