Do you believe in the power of Aphrodisiacs?

I do in so that some foods contain vitamins and minerals that help you have a healthy libido, especially if you're deficient in say zinc, which for men, can lead to low libido, just as an example.

Do herbal supplements work, I don't know. I used to take ginseng when I was a in my early 20s, in the form of tea, and my libido was always crazy high, but I was in my early 20s so that's normal for men ha. I just liked the tea I didn't even know it was supposed to be an aphrodisiac.

Finally there's the placebo effect. Who knows how powerful ones brain really is. If you believe you're eating something or supplementing with an alleged aphrodisiac, it might be enough to have a physical effect.

I didn’t know what those are, now I know they’re believed to increase sexual desire, libido, lust, pleasure, and or performance.

If the product says that it will, then guess it doesn’t hurt to try lol. I would say learning your partner’s turn ons and trying to explore that desire would yield greater results than just a ‘pill’ or ‘herb’. Make it romantic, thoughtful, meaningful, and deep then you’ll see them being more lustful.

That is just my initial thoughts on a surface level since I didn’t read about them until now.

I don't think so. They say aphrodisiacs for women are strawberries and chocolate but it's never really turned me on.

A literal aphrodisiac? Like a substance or chemical? I've heard of them my whole life but never encountered anything that lives up to the claim. On the other hand, I've met quite a few women who understood how to use clothing, scent, sexual banter, and playful behavior to absolutely do what is claimed for aphrodisiacs. For me, that's the only thing that's ever worked.
