I’m too embarrassed to post pictures but I have severely over crowded teeth and I never thought it’d be possible to go for Invisalign in my case not to throw a pity party but I didn’t have a mom growing up only a dad who was too busy with women I used to beg him to take me to a dentist but he’s the type who doesn’t believe in health care or dental stuff or mental health issues overall an asshole and neglected my dental health severely growing up now I’m paying thousands to get it done so late in life but this ortho is a Harvard graduate he’s been in magazines and #1 Invisalign specialist in the city and he’s just awesome overall as a person and he showed me before and after 2 years of Invisalign treatment and I’m shook at what it’ll look like in 2 years but I’m just curious I trust him but is this really possible

My wife just got invaslign 2 years ago. Her teeth were straight but vertically a bit messed up. She absolutely loves it. Definitely go do it.
Note that it becomes a pain to snack/eat whenever because you need to brush your teeth after every time you eat.
Thank you so much I’m not a big snack person and two meals a day is just fine lol so Invisalign sounds like a dream I just have to make sure I do exactly what the ortho tells me thank u again ☺️
Hey, I had crooked teeth till I was 26. They're not completely straight now (I didn't wear my appliance as much as I should've after I got my braces off so they shifted a little). But they're a hell of a lot better than they were. Why are you resorting to invisilign? Just know there were women in thier 40's getting braces when I got mine. So you're not too old by a LONGSHOT.
Because he said that Invisalign works just as well if not better than braces if you’re consistent and committed to the treatment plan and wear it 23 hrs a day minimum and braces is better for those who don’t want the hassle of having to clean it and plus my jaw is small and too many teeth so he says with metal braces I have a higher risk of cavities and almost none with Invisalign but you’re very kind thank u for taking the time to answer and share your experience ☺️
I wouldn't trust it. You're not dealing with an ADA orthodontist. I've read that you can do damage to your teeth with invisilign. I have no personal experience with invisilign though. I've just heard this.
I had retainers with metal hooks which completely destroyed my teeth.
You will definitely have to be super persistent with brushing, and especially with flossing.
I don't have experience with Invisalign unfortunately.
