I try going to bed at a certain time consistently, and each time I wake I count the hours I slept. I sleep anytime between ten and midnight. I hear that you go to sleep earlier as you age. That makes sense, and doing the math of how many hours you stay awake was a wakeup call for me. There are an infinite number of things one can do a day. Losing time staring at screens is too easy. So, I'm making strides... my next post will be about routines.
