Does anyone else feel deflated in life? ?

The saying goes that you lie in the bed you are making.

This does not have to be true. For me, I never felt deflated because I always have something to look forward to. I study and that take all my time and I prioritize them over anything else. There is never a dull moment in my life.

And if I have a few minutes or an hour where I have nothing to do, then I go biking, jogging or hiking. I may be deflated from exhaustion but that will last a few minutes only. A good shower and I feel like new again.

Yeah i regret not taking care of my health know i have lots of complications, I had a pulmonary embolism several years ago and i never really got back to feeling %100 normal again seems i get winded too easily for my age i don't think it will get any better as it's been nearly a decade since i had it. But i try not to be depressed over it and try to move on with life because the clock can't be turned back.

Yes, seems like there's so much drama nowadays..

I mean, even on an online chat, there's drama it's just crazy.
I like peace of mine. I like To have fun to smile to laugh to enjoy fun times whether it's online or in real life , but but it seems like everybody else has a differenrequest
