I have usually been relatively healthy most my life, but lately I have been experiencing concerning symptoms. I do have a doctor's coming up, I just wanted to ask others what cysts feel like to them or if they had any other reproductive issues. At first I just felt bloated and fatigue, for like a month then new symptoms popped up last few days, cramping and pain on one side even though I'm not on my period and shouldn't be for a few more weeks. Which I have always been regular with that. I'm trying to freak myself out, just concerned I have never delt with issues quite like this before.

I just found out I have sibo. Small intestines bacterial overgrowth. Which can affect your thyroid and cause weight gain which can cause hormone changes. Ugh.

Cysts don’t usually have clear symptoms, or any, and your symptoms sound like they could be caused by literally anything. Could be early PMS, could be ovulation pains, could be any other health condition or nothing at all. Bodies are weird!
You don’t usually know you have ovarian cysts unless 1. They burst and you’re hospitalised due to severe pain, and 2. You’re also having severe other symptoms, such as extremely irregular menstrual bleeding, which can be a sign of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. I had Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and I had no symptoms of the cysts themselves, but I had other symptoms that were part of PCOS, such as having my period every single day for 2 years straight.
