Building a new workout playlist. Would you share one or two of your favorite workout songs

I don't listen to music when I do either workout, yoga, exercises, biking, jogging or running. It is distracting and does not allow to fully concentrate on either activity.

At least this works out very well for me to be without music. There is also a safety issue that a lot of people don't pay attention to. When you listen to music, you are totally oblivious to your environment. You don't hear if a dog is barking and approaching, you are unable to hear a potential stalker or pervert that lurks behind a tree or wall or simply you can easily overhear emergency vehicles approaching.

Yeah. The safety thing is real. The headphones I use have a "be aware" mode on them that lets me pay attention to the sounds around me while running if I like.
