Sometimes.
My late boyfriend came home with a small rocky cliff that has a lighthouse and a waterfall on it.

He used to have a hard time starting his urination and this has a switch on it that makes the waterfall go down all of the mountains and makes the sound of water trickling down and that sound would make him start it.

It's really cool and has a light in the lighthouse. I have it sitting on my toilet cover just like it was when he was here.

Yes. But the worst thing is being in a situation where you can't pee. Even if you haven't had a drink in ages that bladder just fulls up and laughs at you.

Yes, occasionally, even if I had no urge beforehand. But that really only happens if you do actually have to go. Your body has just not let you know it until the sound of rushing waters hits you.

Not really for example, if I am urinating, there is no running water around me except when I wash my hands after I have finished urinating
