It’s more about becoming than unbecoming. Yes, change will sometimes have us get rid of things that don’t serve us anymore but it’s important to remember that we wouldn’t change at all without those experiences that also make us choose to leave them behind. You don’t change who you used to be, the person that you were will always exist in the past, you change who you are now.

I don' trust the term growth for the job, I trust the term emancipation instead. In the sense of looking at chains, either external and/or internal around us. In the sense of an inner motion towards feeling better with ourselves inside & with the world outside.

Insisting on inside & outside combo, even if they usually go together. But sometimes we see this idea that we shall remove ourselves from the world to feel better. Which may become a narcissistic temptation with not so good consequences...

I don't think you can really answer that question you can become more confident or less nervous. You're growing changing but you can describe it with language in many ways.

I think growing is actually realizing an old pattern and trying to grow out of it or trying to be a best version in other words which is you are unbecoming your past patterns or insecurities or anything at all and becoming a Best version so that is growth. You are growing into something better

Both. Growth is life. Scarily enough, life has aim. Aim to spread or propagate by any means it can. So whatever can be discerned is just a type of mean that life's using to maintain & propel this process.
