Yep, it's another "Let's go for a walk" question. This time I want to know can you fit through a squeeze stile?

Squeeze styles are a type of gate about 9 inches wide you can only get through by turning sideways, breathing in and squeezing through. The photos show some modern ones plus some older examples.

They're designed to let humans through but not fat animals like cows and sheep, but could you get through?

Yes but they were too misogynist to big breasted women and consequently had to be replaced by cattle grids to avoid sex discrimination court cases. Rarely seen now.

The interesting thing about a lot of the stone wall construction and gates you've been highlighting in the UK is that they don't seem to have made the crossing to the USA.

Here in New England if you try to stick a shovel in the ground, there is a near 100% chance you're gonna hit a rock every time. We sit on granite ledge and the surface was formed by glacial moraine which left rocks everywhere. So when settlers originally cleared the land for farming, stone walls became the easiest and most durable material available. And it was essentially free. New England had lots of British colonists. We still have stone walls everywhere. One is a boundary on my property which was originally a dairy farm. But none of the traditional UK solutions for human passage seems to have been used here. I wonder why.

Yes, I can fit there, maybe not in the one portrayed in the third pic though. The way it's designed seems to contradict human biology

Probably. Maybe? Some of them at least.
But it got me wondering whether these days I'd have a tougher time with a stile or climbing over a gate. I mean I used to vault over gates all the time as a kid but stiles used to take longer, which annoyed me... but now I'm probably too old to simply reach over a gate, grab a lower bar and flip myself over the way I used to.
THAT sort of stile though... I don't know if I've ever even seen one.

I've never seen one, but probably not, and would be even more difficult with my heavy touring bike. I'd cycle around to a gate, a step stile, a ladder stile, or a ladder style.

What is the point of these things?

Causes the animals into single file. This can help for inoculation jabs and other sorts of things.

Keeps animals in the field while preventing the problem of people forgetting to lock the gate. You'd use a race to make them line up then a crush to hold them for jabs and stuff
