I have a personal workout room in my house , i generally workout in underwear 🩲 only , but sometimes I enjoy full naked workout, it looks good in mirror on the wall of room ,

Feels super comfort and freely while workout, without wearing anything.

I don't have any real workout equipment, but I do crunches and pushups and stretches every morning while nude, if that counts.

Yeah, some days it's hot & I don't feel like ruining any of my clothes. I always workout at home though so it's easy to do.
