Taekwondo. I honestly thought it was pointless but it did help me in other sports, as far as stretching properly and being limber. I guess just the exercise in general. In other words, I'd drop all 7-1/2" of you like a bad habit! One round house kick and you'll be in the next zip code!

Nah. I think I'd be more into boxing or mma if I did get into a combat sport. But likely for a short time because violence isn't really my passion. The only time that I want to be violent is when I'm angry but those emotions are fleeting.
