I took 2 free classes in school and that was it. I don’t have the commitment or the focus to advance in karate but would love to learn yoga or another martial art like kung fu.

I do not use Karate I use Systema much better.

Karate has devolved from a serious martial arts to a joke and a shell of what it used to be over the years. But Systema ahh YA slomayu glupykh suk na svoyem puti

No. I know boxing, kickboxing, and a little of jui-jitsu, though. Karate and Kung Fu is for fit, skinny people who can spin-jump kick.

Yes I did it. But I prefer muay thai. It does more damage and I get a better work out. Karate is too stiff.

  probably for the best, karate is very unpredictable with its usefulness you are female so you would be much better learning wing chun kung fu, its a style that was created by and for women.
