    Exercise. The more stress, the more exercise. When I was doing heavy labor for a living, I never had stress. I was doing hard core anti-stress work 8 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. I almost never felt stress until I started working in an office. Office work is so unhealthy.

    talk with my close friends & get their advice or just vent out / process my feelings!!😅 or go to the gym or yoga and sweat it out💪🏻 or do relaxing bubble bath!!😊 ohh also chocolate!🍫 or other comfort foods😊 and also cry if i need to😭🙃

      I just was asking if you think your chosen solutions to your worry is more based on evidence or your values. Like do you choose to talk with friends about the issue because you think people need a social network for comfort and thriving, or because it just seems to work?

      @TheworldofVincent ohh okie i get it now!!😅 but i think my answer is both!! i do think social network and connectedness is super important for ppl’s mental health and wellness💯 but i also know for me specifically, talking with my closest friends when i need them is by far the #1 help for me if i am stressed or emotional!!😊 they’re the ones who get me thru🫶🏻

      I think it's important to be aware of one's own needs and adapt accordingly, when in stressful situations and when calm and happy.

    Watching series/movies and scary videos to take my mind off of things, going for walks in the afternoon, hitting the gym. Also helps to talk to hang out or talk with a good friend.

    For me exercise is most effective to reduce stress. Getting into my body and really using my body. I think it's the best to get out of my head.
