The Administration recently made the statement that Tylenol (acetaminophen) may be a leading cause of Autism. Can it be that simple?

With 1 of every 31 children developing Autism, there must be some very straightforward cause of this huge leap in effected children. Hard for me to believe that, but yet, at least, someone is trying to find a related cause, rather than just giving us more numbers.

There is no credible scientific evidence that taking Tylenol (acetaminophen) causes autism. While a few observational studies have suggested a possible correlation, they do not prove causation. These studies often rely on self-reported data and don’t account for other factors — such as why the medication was taken in the first place (e. g., fever, infection, pain), which themselves could influence fetal development. Major health organizations like the CDC, FDA, and American Academy of Pediatrics have reviewed the data and found no convincing link. Tylenol has been used safely for decades, including during pregnancy, and remains a recommended treatment when used appropriately.

Donald Trump's comments linking medications like Tylenol to autism are not only false, but dangerously misleading. Spreading these kinds of baseless claims fuels fear, discourages people from using safe treatments, and contributes to the harmful stigma around autism. It also undermines trust in science and public health. Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental condition influenced by a combination of genetics and environmental factors — not everyday medicines.

Medical advice should come from qualified professionals and evidence-based research, not from political figures promoting unproven theories, who can't even pronounce 'acetaminophen'. SMH

Well the Democrats never even gave a flip about Autism and don't give a sh*to about disabled people and kids.
They are too busy lying and scheming to think about the real problems that America 🇺🇸 has.
At least the Republicans care!!
In 1977 when I was pregnant 🤰 I was getting headaches during my 4th and 5th months. My doctor told me to take Tylenol and said it was perfectly safe to take.
Well, I was the epitome of a pregnant woman and I didn't everything possible to not harm my baby, and did everything possible to make sure I had a healthy baby.
It turned out that he was born with learning disabilities and has never had a normal life.
I am convinced it was from taking Tylenol while I was pregnant because he hadn't even had any vaccines yet and it was obvious that he wasn't normal.
There have been many class action lawsuits about taking Tylenol while pregnant and the parents of the autic children sued the makers of Tylenol. This was just a few short years ago.
