Can you do a pull up?

The last time I did them, I was walking through the woods and saw a tree with a perfectly horizontal branch about six feet off the ground, so, I thought "why not"? I think I did four, maybe five lol That was about two years ago. I still pass that tree when I go for walks but I think the branch might be to big in diameter for my hands now.

That was over hand also, I never tried underhanded, because I guess it's easier and not the proper way 🤷 To me the only difference is you're working different muscles.

Yes I think under would work the biceps whereas over works back/shoulders more.
I think under usually is a little easier, I could usually do a few more anyway

Yeah. I usually don't train for reps but rather the quality of them & the intensity but I can probably do around 15reps before not being able to do more for a few minutes. Then the numbers would steadily decline with each set ofc.
