What do you think of these Boston vending machines?

The City of Boston has spent taxpayer money on multiple "harm reduction" centers in the city. People will have access to hygiene kits, Narcan, Safe injection kits, Fentanyl test strips, menstrual products, socks , blankets and an condoms.

The machines are the first of its kind in Boston to offer 24/7, outdoor access, unlike others that are only available during business hours or inside closed facilities. They just have to input the zip code into the machine to gain access.

How long will it be before the machines are emptied out by junkies trying to sell all the stuff in the machines to buy more drugs?
