Trending & News 45. But there was a little more to it than that. I was told when I was 45 that I had scoliosis. And that I had spondylolisthesis. I had other things going on at the time though that I think was causing me to have inflammation. Because my back pain has largely went away now. But for like 3 years. It was terrible.
When I started doing deadlifts and squats at the gym
In my 20s when I stopped taking dance classes. I got into yoga and stretches and all back pain went away
