I drink too much... I have withdrawal problems when I need to stop. Sweats and insane nightmares when I stop. I shit a bit too much too. That's it at forty something years old... that's all I have to report. My plan is to die as soon as possible though. So, if something does happen... I'm not taking their drugs or whatever. I will lift weights and probably live longer than most of you while drinking like a fish and smoking like a chimney. My family all lives well into the 100's so, I kinda hope I don't even last that long.

I'm lying... I'm a vampire. been alive since 1635 and came over from Ireland to America. I look like I was born in 82... I'll go with that, but my mind is much older. Just workout and don't take their drugs... with their drugs in your system, you can't become a vampire like me and that's what they're really trying to stop.

How much time do you have to read about them?

The significantly bad physical ones began at around age 18, with a broken back that went undiagnosed for many years, finally getting corrective surgery for it at age 48.
I came close to dying from peritonitis from a perforated colon due to diverticulitis at age 42.
Things got much worse when COVID, then Long-COVID came to town.
Last year I died, twice going into cardiac arrest in conjunction with a widow maker heart attack.
There's much more.
Those are the highlights.

Psychologically, I've been screwed up since being sexually abused numerous times when I was around 7 years old.
Add to that the loss of my dad to cancer when I was 11, then later, decades of abuse from my spouse.

I think I have gum disease in a less visible part of my mouth but i hope not (I have good oral hygiene but I'm addicted to sugary drinks that I often sip on all day...), I think I have some form of muscle wastage but I'm not sure. Aside from that I dont have anything, but my physical health isn't optimal.

I have imperfect eyesight since having macular hole repairs in both eyes. It means I have trouble reading small writing.

Pretty sure I have the kidney function issues, blood pressure issues, nervous system dyregulation that exacerbates my hyperacusis, sibo/sifo, autoimmune disorder, etc. The list probably goes on & on but I haven't been to a doctor because I'm stubborn & prefer holistic approaches / toughing it out.

PRP and shockwave therapy. their the best for it. reserach them. however PRP does size and strength and women are not too pushed about that.

I have pcos.
