Anyone else here have chronic pain or illness?

I take medicine for anxiety and I also take medicine for headaches and epilepsy. Also high blood pressure. My doctor always tries to pull the “fat card” when it comes to my high blood pressure…I tell him skinny people have high blood pressure too! Sometimes I barely eat because I’m so depressed and stressed, my blood pressure comes from being upset and anxious all the time.
Your so right girl.
I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I have been in pain since I was 8. I have had over 30 surgeries. I was forced by my employer to retire on disability at the age of 43. I am on a Fentanyl Patch and Oxycodone for pain daily.
Yeah i struggled with pain as a child really it took my childhood from me. I'm on humira methotrexate folic acid and prednisone for 3 months to get me through my flair
I suffer from excruciating sciatica pain sometimes and previously the doctor would just offer me pain Killers which helped but just made me tired all the time. Someone said to try physiotherapy so I booked a few sessions with one and after a course of exercises the pain started to feel better, so now if I feel like the pain is reappearing I do the exercises
Doctors are so quick to cover up symptoms, I've heard that stem cells can rebuild the cartilage
They are just pill pushers. Prior to the physiotherapy, I suffered the pain for around 3 months and it didn't seem like it was going to go away on the pills. It was so bad I was permanently leaning to one side to alleviate the pressure that was causing the pain. My first session in physio she assessed me but said there was nothing she could do at that stage apart from give me a simple sitting exercise I had to do 6 times a day. By the second session with her the pain was starting to improve so she would give me additional exercises to do. By the fourth session the pain was so much better I stopped taking the pain killers. The 5th session she said she didn't need to see me again and to just carry on with the exercises. That was 4 years ago and I've had no issues since
Well I don't have pain but I do have muscular dystrophy but since I don't drink or do drugs and I have a good workout and diet my muscles are not dyterating as fast. My only problem is I get very sleeping sometimes and if I swuezze my hands into a fist realling tight I have a hard time opening them.
It's still a chronic illness

Well first off I'm sorry you're going through this. I sometimes have chronic pain flare off and on. Believe it or Not meditation takes away my pain. It's hard at first but if you can do 5 to 10 minutes and increase each time you'll start to see different changes. I'll literally have some aches and pains I'll meditate for 15 minutes and it somehow releases it out.
Yeah i meditate everyday but i need to meditate more that's for sure and i need to look into different types of meditation thank you
No, but I know someone that had chronic pain and it's about 95% gone now after using DMSO and hydrolyzed collagen internally. DMSO is incompatible with medications though. Read the DMSO Doctors Handbook by Archie H. Scott for more information. But don't expect any Doctor to know anything about that.
Thank you I'll look into it
I've got some medicine for you! Just roll up your arm and bend over.
Hope you get over this soon!!!
Look up videos on YT of Dr. Peter Glidden. He's a naturalist and seems to have natural cures for everything.
Edema.
A Friend told me about him. I really do need to do natural I've heard wonderful things I've eliminated a lot from my diet now i need to discover nutritious veggies and spices. I need to eat more ginger and turmeric for sure
I have issues due to a TBI, that messed up my life. One of the problems I have I hate is the pain in my left side 24/7 nerve pain. Plus if you put pressure on my left leg it feels like a hot iron. Sorry have a problem getting the correct words out.
It's okay no big deal
I have diabetes, osteoarthritis, and a heart condition. I'm in constant pain. I haven't tried cbd yet. I did try cannabis years ago and it didn't do anything for me. I take Tylenol Xtra strength and Headache relief, Excedrin Migraine. to calm things down.
I also have chronic diseases.1- metabolic disease (fatty acid oxidation defect)2- muscle disease (mitochondrial myopathy) Because of this, my life can be difficult. The best thing for me is to rest. I understand how you feel. please don't use marijuana 🙏😘
I have a form of induced immunodeficiency, plus fibromyalgia (in the process of diagnosis) and chronic stomach issues so yeah it definitely sucks. I'm a minor so obviously I don't do some of those for relief lol, but my main pain relief is NSAIDs and exercise somewhat
Hip, knee , shoulder , feet...
Some of that's from time in the military and as a reserve deputy sheriff.
Thank You For Your Service!
That sucks. I have pain issues from being in a host of accidents.

Long term migraines to the point where I can’t figure out if my issues are migraine or depression at times.
My mother's best friend has horrible migraines where she vomits and can't leave her dark black room for days
I boxed and worked out for a long time, and now I've been told I've messed my knees up and there's no meniscus between the joints in them. Plus I suffer with bipolar type 2. :
I was in chronic pain before I had a total hip replacement. It feels a lot better now and it gets better every day.
I have chronic illnesses, including pain. It can be horrible at times.

The nubians bury themselves up to the neck for 3 hours at a time, in desert sand, to treat Arthritis. I just use Aspirin to treat mild pain. I also have a high threshold, and tolerance.
I have a fused ankle after it was shattered, I have learned to live with the pain. It hurts all the time, especially after being on my feet all day.

CBD oil does nothing for me. Does the THC get you high or just relieve the pain?
It helps my pain and it depends on the strain. I mostly get pain relief a little high but i really do it for the pushin relief and i make my own so i choose how much thc i want in them
what is " pushin "
I try to do home workouts at home if I'm going through any type of pain but of course it depends on the pain
