Is it safe to drink expired Pepsi?

I just found a stash in my basement of like 9 cases of expired pop. Is it safe if it's been like a month old or should I chuck it?

If it's regular pepsi it should be fine, so long as the can is still sealed. If it doesn't make the normal hissing sound when you open it, then it's probably flat and not something you'd want to drink. If it's diet then you may want to just throw it out because artificial sweeteners are not as chemically stable as sugar.

Soda doesn't really expire, especially not after a month! You can drink it.

Drink it. It won't hurt you. In fact, it will taste like normal pepsi. Soda isn't a perishable, the date on the can is for "freshness." And even then, its usually only diet pop with artificial sweetner that ends up tasting bland and bitter after expiration.
