I think I got tonsillitis
I can barely breathe and when I cough sometimes I throw up and pee on myself. Little coughs hurt. I'm loosing my voice and my nose and top lip are scarred because of the mixture of the mucus and friction of the tissue. I got thrush growing on my tongue and freaking chills. If the doctor's tell me they can't do anything because it's viral I'm going to cry
The Tylenol ain't working and my temperature went up but I still don't have a fever. I have an event to attend in 2 weeks, it's non refundable and I really want to go. I bought my ticket all the way back in August.

So it's laryngitis I can't talk and the cold is bad for me right now

I don't see any of the typical white spots on your tonsils that we get when it's tonsillitis. If you did have tonsillitis then a shot of penicillin would be necessary.
Doctors started calling tonsillitis strep throat about 20 years ago, so ask specifically which one you have.
Trust me when I say that you need to see a doctor for this.
Sore throats are alarming to me because there are life threatening infections that start with a sore throat and the bacteria travels fast and can infect your brain, even while you're sleeping. It's called Lemierre's Syndrome. It can also cause blood clots in the jugular vein.
This must be checked by a doctor right away to start treatment for it.

I would suggest you change your doctor and go to someone that will actually listen to you and try to do something about your condition rather than to send you home with an excuse that he cannot do something about it.

It does look as if your tonsils are actually swollen which could mean that you may have tonsillitis. Those would have to be removed if it is the case. However, removing tonsils on adults will take much longer to heal than when this procedure is done on children.

Your doctor does not seem to be aware that you can do something against viral infections. You can take antiviral medications: These are prescribed for specific viruses (like the flu, COVID-19, HIV, hepatitis B and C) and work by preventing the virus from making more copies of itself.
