How often do you guys wash your hair and shower?

I shower daily but washing your hair strips it from all of its natural oils so what should I do and how often should I wash it?

I Shower everyday and I wash my hair every other day. Some exeptions for sport or hot days or other reasons.

I just take a bath every day and usually wash my hair twice a week unless it's summer and im sweating a lot i may wash my hair 3 times a week.
