When I'm cycling in Summer especially on hot days I always carry a bottle of tap water on my bike to keep me hydrated.
The rest of the time I don't become dehydrated, and making stops on the ride for coffee's etc. is plenty to keep me hydrated.
I also play table tennis in a sports complex, and in Summer I take a bottle of water with me, because the games are surprisingly physical.
Water from the fountain at the gym when needed
Water and or flavoured evervescence tablets. I dont drink huge ammounts during workouts.

Depends on the workout type (cardio, strength training, etc), how much I'm sweating, what aspect of my body that I want hydrated (intracellular &/or extracellular), etc. I don't tend to sweat a lot when I workout so I just get all of my minerals from my food & I drink water based on my ideal water intake ratio that goes based on my starch based carb & sodium averages.
I drink water all during the workout.
Usually water, mostly after workout.
