How do you SQUEEZE the TOOTHPASTE tube?

I think this question has been asked before, but if it has, it's been awhile, so here goes.

There are a few ways to squeeze toothpaste from the toothpaste tube.

Hoe do you do it?

I squeeze from the cap end of the tube onto the toothbrush

I squeeze from the middle of the tube onto the toothbrush

I squeeze from the closed end of the tube onto the toothbrush

I squeeze toothpaste onto my finger and then apply it to my teeth

I squeeze toothpaste directly onto my teeth

I remove my dentures before cleaning them

I squeeze it any which way to put the toothpaste on my toothbrush until the tube is nearly empty then I slice the top off and dip my toothbrush into the top end, until that toothpaste is used up in a couple of days. the next few weeks I get my toothbrush into the bottom end until nearly all the toothpaste is used up. Both ends of the toothpaste, once nearly cleansed by my toothbrush, can we rinsed out to make a bowl of water with an abrasive cleanser in it. Great to use on anything that doesn't touch food. The cap, and sometimes the mostly plastic top can go in the recycle bin. The rest of it if entirely plastic, can also go on the recycle bin. If it's metal, it can be melted down to make various things.

I squeeze from the bottom of the tube a d roll it up as I empty it. Then when it seems empty. I flatten it out and force all the toothpaste to the cap end and get another week or so out of it.

From the middle. I know you're supposed to squeeze from the bottom but that saves you like 3p

I squeeze the middle of the tube. But when the tube starts getting empty, I push its contents up to the cap end and squeeze paste onto my brush from that end. I try to use up every single drop I can get out of the tube.

And I only put a dab on my brush. Like two grains of rice worth. I find that to be totally sufficient.

I squeeze it from the middle until there’s a flat spot. Then i flatten it from the bottom toward the cap. I fold the flattened portion under the rest of the tube so that toothpaste doesn’t squish back into the tail.
