Mine has been swollen for a few years now. If anyone has tips, let me know. I don't know what else to do about it. And I don't understand why they are swollen. I'm just asking here if there are tips because the internet helps nothing.

And have you been to an ENT? Has a CT scan been done of your brain and sinuses? It could be scar tissue from repeated sinus infections. Also, you might be a candidate for balloon sinuplasty to open up those turbinates.
