In the morning I like showers. It’s faster and efficient. At night I like relaxing in the bath and taking my time. Then after the bath I do still stand up and rinse off with the shower head.

i haven't had a bath for years but I usually have 2 showers a day, one in he morning before breakfast and one at night before bed.

( Men answer) Bath: working all week and go to the gym an Epsom Salt bath is amazing.
