Do you enjoy a good hot sauna session in the winter time?

Damn that sounds so fun. There was a place right on the outside of town that had the hot springs and I used to go out there at least twice a week , but they closed it down

And they had like five big outdoor pools , you know , in the rocks and stuff , and I would go out there when it was snowing and snowing hard , and I used to love to get in the water and just watch the snow come down and and they had Sun is out there too, which I just absolutely loved. Just take all the toxins right out of your body. And I wish it was still open. It's been closed for like 5 years now. Longer than that, probably about 8 years. We should try to buy it and open it up. Be a moneymaker , I know it would be

I have not done this in many years but it is nice. Many years ago I worked out at a gym that was in a shopping center. The manger was from Israel and one day he was telling some of us about sitting in the sauna and rolling in the snow afterwards. So we had a big snowstorm on Saturday night and on Sunday 5 of 6 naked guys went in the sauna and went out the back door and rolled in the snow. It was brisk.

No, I don't go to saunas anymore, they make me lightheaded. But I appreciate a hot shower.

I don't know about sauna, but we had a hot tube for 13 years that I loved going into during the winter, unfortunately, it passed away this year.
