But if you read the label on all of our foods for being poisoned anyway, it's like McDonald's French fries have so much\n Killer on it. It is so bad for you. And then the oils that they cook it in McDonald's doesn't even have real food. Just, you have to wash your food really, really good now. And you can't use canola , oil or better use olive oil , but too much of everything is bad for you , our foods bad , our water is even worse
Animal fat, lard, butter and cheese are not bad in moderate amounts. They sure taste good.
Unsaturated fat is better for you, but you have to beware of the source. Most seed oils are now GMO, treated with toxic chemicals, and highly processed. Pure olive oil is really good for you. So is avocado, fish, seeds and nuts.

Too much is bad. But, some sats are needed for life. Just be sure to balance them off with poly-uns and mono-uns, too.
Nope. They are useful for the production of steroid hormones like testosterone. So healthy people will eat saturated fats. If you for example want to weaken a population and turn their men into frail under developed girly soy boys then you run a propaganda campaign in their society and convenience the sheep that follow the fake news that saturated fats are bad so that the society breads a bunch of wimps that don't reproduce. That way a country can be conquered more easily.
and that's just the tip of the iceberg. If you consider that the brain is the fattiest organ in the body, and that saturated fats are essential for the maintenance of cognitive function you can see why the sheep that follow the fake news tend to get dumber and go crazy over time as their brain degrades from lake of saturated fats. Not to mention many vitamins are fat soluble, especially vitamin D which you find in meat. So when you avoid fatty meat to try to dodge the saturated fats, you actually loose some ability to absorb that vitamin D and and vitamin D deficiencies are center stage for many major disease states. But people many people that "trust the science" would rather defer to the fake news over a biologist.

So consider the consequences of depriving yourself of saturated fats. If you cut the saturated fats, that drops your testosterone levels leading to a hormone imbalance. Testosterone is an anxiolytic and antidepresant thus it influences your mood and overall mental stability, it improves spatial cognitive abilities impacting your IQ, it increases muscle strength and mass, it improves bone density, it influences metabolism and energy levels, and influences sexual drive and function. So saturated fats indirectly make you strong, smart, mentally stable, energetic and sexually dominate which are some key factors that make you successful in life. You could be better equipped to be successful in life, or you could cut them out and be a frail weakling with a low IQ and a mind that is wracked with depression and anxiety lacking confidence to pursue what you want in life, as you become an overweight lethargic retard with erectile dysfunction.
