Yes, I never had weight or food-related problems. My parents and grandparents always cooked high-quality meals and I have continued to do so. Organic food is affordable here.
You should eat at least once a day unless you are doing controlled fasts. Just eat nutrient dense food for the one meal within your calorie allotment

I try to be but I need to eat at least twice a day, I would have such extreme hunger pains if I only ate 4 times a week and no energy
