What’s your weird fear?

For me it is when one of my loved ones has any sort of illness except cold or fever then I immediately think of the worst... you know what I mean. Especially when they look very weak and vulnerable and their voice becomes feeble.

That a black hole will come close to the solar systems orbit and suck and destroy everything on earth and I will see a few seconds of it happening as I try to look away but have my face wrapped off. Furthmore my fear is that the andromeda galaxy will collide with the milky way throwing earth and the solar system out of orbit.

I am afraid of heights. I was not always like this. I used ot climb trees and work on roofs. It started when I ws in my 30s. Maybe I have some inner ear thing.

Yes. I have to feel sorry for people that live near airports. Not only is it noisy but you can suddenly have a 200 ton airplane land on top of you.

There was a plane crash recently and it was only a small single engine plane but it was close by an airport and the pilot suddenly lost power during takeoff and crashed into some poor soul's house. I remember thinking that you just never know when the Black Rabbit will strike.

@RandomGirl42 I am afraid or getting hit by a car. So many people are texting and driving and not paying attention to where they are going I just know that I will get picked off sooner or later. Thai poor woman I used to work with was driving home just minding her own business. Suddenly somebody who was busy texting just walks in front of her and she struck and killed him. She was not charged with a crime but she never got over it. Finally she retired early.

I feel you on that fear. That’s health anxiety mixed with deep attachment. Mine? I weirdly fear sudden public embarrassment, like tripping hard in front of everyone.
