Im beginning to workout again so i have to go my pace... I switch back and forth on incline on the treadmill but here's my question. Say I burned 200 calories on the treadmill... and right after I eat a meal thats 200 calories... Will I even lose weight this way?

It's about calories you eat in total.
(Calories in) - (Calories out) = weight change
It takes calories to just live.
The number is different for everyone, so google calorie calculator.
Say you need 1500 calories to live and you eat 1500 calories in a day = no change.
Now you can cut how much you eat to 1200, you will lose weight because your body is missing calories.
1200 - 1500 = -300
If you introduce exercise, you are changing the other part of the equation, making your cost to live more expensive.
Say the exercise burns 200 calories.
1200 - 1700 = -500
Now it's even bigger deficit.
But keep in mind that calories are literally energy, and you may feel like you don't have enough energy to exercise at bigger deficits.
I used arbitrary numbers, but that's the concept.
It's possible, depends on your workout routine.
As long as you burn the calories, you can still lose weight ;)
Calorie deficit is how to lose body fat
