With everyone on screens these days sometimes we can't help but watch our latest videos or message others but it comes with significant health risks such as haemorrhoids from prolonged strain. So, how long you spend on your bathroom throne?

The time it takes to finish the business you came to do. Depending on the one you have to take care of.

That would mean anywhere between 1 and 3 minutes. No need to really go into details.

If there is anything I do hate is to spend useless time on that uncomfortable throne. I don't read or do crosswords, watch movies or have other occupations not compatible with my beliefs.

As long as it takes to finish and that's it. I don't bring my phone as when you flush, fecal particles go everywhere whether you did it or not. It's why I cap my toothbrush to help prevent it getting on there. I certainly wouldn't want my phone covered with it just after I got done washing my hands.

Until my leg falls asleep or I finish a chapter and my business. I'm not straining one out the whole time so there in no real health risk aside from the poo particles on my phone which is why I was my hands before eating. If anything it is better for my health as it is the one time of the day that will be stress free except for the first time I drank a bunch of pepto and my poop turned black and I thought I was rotting from the inside out and about to die..

Usually, only a couple minutes, just long enough to drop the kids off at the pool. I don't see why most people seem to need to hibernate and read a book while shitting. I'm never there long enough to read more than a few sentences.

I do not use my phone or tablet on the potty. I just listen to the radio. The answer to this question is that it takes as long as it takes. Every time is different.
