I used to clean it every Saturday when I had a family. But now that I live alone I clean it at the first sign that it needs to be cleaned. 🚽

When I was a kid we use to clean it once a week, but I had two brothers using the same bathroom and 3 sets of friends coming over to the house to hang out that also used the same bathroom. Now my bathroom has far less traffic so I tend to clean the toilet every other week.

There are self-cleaning toilets available. With those, once per week just to make sure is usually fine.

Daily scrub of the bowl and wipe down with bleach towels but a deep clean and full wash of the seat once a week

Inside scrubbing weekly outside I clean probably daily. I wipe down the toilet and floor around it often.
