How often do you bleach your toilet?

I live in a house with 11 people and we only have bathroom. So I always put bleach on it once a week but sometimes every 3 days because it gets yellowish immediately and looks dirty after 3 days

Not bleach, but I clean my toilet once a week, typically on the weekends.

It's just me at my house, so it doesn't get very dirty, but I just got in the habit of cleaning it regularly: toilet bowl cleaner, comet (which has bleach in it), and I'll use some disinfectant spray to wipe down the handle and seat.

Using bleach erodes the enamel on the toilet bowl, not to mention, damaging the internal mechanisms of the toilet over time.
Without the enamel, your toilet bowl will go yellow much quicker, which is exactly what you are seeing.
Get used to your yellow toilet.

But if I didn't it smells bad and its color is like blood super red like someone just stain it with blood

Yeah. It’s ruined. Using bleach, however, will corrode the rubber seals and the toilet will start leaking eventually.
Bleach is pretty damaging

Toilet cleaner and a good scrub brush. There are also products that can be left in the toilet, or even the tank itself, to help keep the water clean.
Bleach and other harsh chemicals will ruin it.
