1) Lifting weights. Actually movement in general. I've been slipping lately, but I turned myself into a sexy beast by just doing compound lifts. I wasn't doing any isolation arms and didn't touch my abs at all... still got big arms and a sixpack.
I went from being the fat fuck people felt is great to ask directions from to getting stared at by women and compliments in like 6 months... probably less.
2) Reading. I'm not talking about reading 'Morning Glory Milking Farm' type of stuff... I started with Plato and various Science stuff... It was like weight lifting for the mind. My books had me having to whip out the dictionary for a new word every 5 minutes or so. It improved my understanding of things beyond just being the retard I was. I mean reading and writing was basically my job in the military, but I was still a retard by my own standards.
I listed two things, because they both changed me in two very different ways... one changed even the way my face looked and the other transformed my mind and perspectives.
I started working out in 9th grade. It made me better looking and gave me confidence. I don't take shit from anybody anymore eithyer.
Exercising regularly
