Yes yes yes I sit up straight and I hum the tone when right will vibrate your chest
Breath in from your nose 4 seconds then hold it 4 seconds then exhale out your nose 8 seconds do this for 7 to 10 min a day and watch how you feel also when humming slowly massage your face your scalp your neck feel the blood flow to your brain your heart all of your organs changing the pitch of your tone and it changes the vibration
Make it a point to feel the vibrations through out your body. Do this 2 or 3 times aday do it before you sleep using 4 in 4 seconds holding and 8 seconds out watch how deep and good you sleep

It depends on the day. I will often crave going for a peaceful walk outside. Sometimes its too cold for that, so Ill instead find time during the day to meditate.
At the end of the day, my nighttime routine is crucial. I love to watch a show, have a warm snack, maybe wash my face, read a book in bed, taking 30 minutes to do whatever I want, is what keeps me sane.
Same as you - sometimes. I feel like, even when I'm relaxing, my mind is still mentally making lists of things to get done.

@jazzy34 sit down, lay down, on my huge couch, turn on YouTube to a 'rainy night with fireplace video' and forget everything.
I definitely know how to relax. But of course life sometimes gets in the way and it's not always possible.
I relax on vacation. I'll book a massage , spend the day at a spa.
I know how to relax, but like you, remembering to relax when I should, is sometimes overlooked by myself.
I think I do. I find it easy to switch off in many different ways.

It usually starts with sniffing cocaine off the butthole of a hooker... I don't like cocain, I just like the way it smells.

Yes. I've learned to schedule my relaxation time. It's very important to schedule these things.
ice cold showers are quite relaxing to me...
I know what I am suppose to do, that's half the battle!
Of course, I like meditating.
I try to relax as often as possible.
