
How do you personally cope with stress in everyday life?


I always rolled with the punches and just do my best because the best and staying strong is all I could ever do. I tell myself it’s temporary and I’m almost there. I guess I numb, and then when I’m finally home.. I process my emotions by cuddling with my bed and catnap 🐱💤
Other times I do a pick me up or self rewards by getting boba tea :3
Or I cry a lot to myself 🥲
Boba makes everything better. Both! :D
I allow it to consume me, then I ask some questions within myself in order to soothe myself and then I go against what gives me anxiety, for example if I have stress over something that is related to one of my work-related projects, I just work harder on it and the voice of uncertainty or stress sort of shuts up.
I let it go there is no reason to stress yourself out
It's a choice you can only do what you can do next time get started doing what you have to do way before hand or I don't put myself in those situations and if I do oh well guess I'm going to have to work it out.
And I stay away from people who try to put me in that type of place
Life gives you situations and challenges; stress is your own creation. Stress is how you choose to handle those things. I cope with it by relaxing and coming up with solutions, and being patient, and realizing that I'm usually going to deal with incompetency while I get things done. LOL

Usually by reminding myself I'm better than everyone and then solving all the problems in a rage fueled yet surprisingly efficient marathon.
Sometimes even I'm surprised it works.
I deal with the underlying issue creating the stress, put it behind me, and move on. Or I decide that the issue is not a priority for me at that moment and I let it fall off the table / break. I'll come back to it later if I need to.

If I feel really stressed.. I’ll sleep.. you know “shutdown” if I can and it’s a day off, but if sleeping is not an option I’ll distract myself with anything.. literally anything 😄
I don't really get stressed every day... but if a day starts to suck a lot, I just try to do less, and chill with the cats... and some Cheetos too, lol
I'm pretty bummed out lately but not stressed per se. Go to the gym, go swim, go for a run, anything that keeps my mind occupied.
I disengage from my body and watch myself as a third person. I think it's called disassociation or something. It probably just means I'm severely mentally ill.
My pills usually keep me calm but if its too overwhelming I just sleep forever..
My stress is extremely hard. It’s hard to deal with it now
I just roll with it.
I try to relax (meditation, video games, music, reading books, watching movies/tv-shows, cartoons, documentaries).
By not allowing myself to be stressed. Treat it like a challenge instead.
I stop and relax for a minute if I can, or if I can't, I just work through.
I don't. I function in auto mode. Wake up, mindlessly do the things I'm supposed to do, go to bed.
Usually work out.
I try and ignore it.
