Which equates psychological troubles to me yep, more precisely a repetitive pattern acting as control mechanism in order to appease anxiety.

I can't assume it's trolling, not when repetition is as strong as you specified.

I'd add that, while it is annoying and somewhat amusing to spectate such level of obsessive behaviour, things get saddening when it is seen from the inside.

Because that kind of obsession implies anxiety experienced at a terrorisingly high level.

It's short term memory loss and they should stop doing drugs, lower their sugar intake, sleep more or do whatever it is they need to do to fix that shit. I knew a guy who swears he fixed his memory by "decalcifying my pineal gland" Is that possible? I have no idea

Trolling, spamming, mental illness. There is a spammer on here that has made at least 200 accounts ask the same three or four questions. He can't be mentally stable.

The reason I ask is because this is a common pink account tactic on here. They don't want actual advice. They just a yes man to parrot back to her that she's right. So she asks a question thinking people will agree with her. When she get the rude awakening that she don't she'll ask the same question again slightly differently worded. If it happens again she'll repeat this again, changing the words again. In the end she ask the same question again and again to she gets her desired response. Sometimes she change the situation to male her plight seem more appealing.

It's not a "she" it's a "they". Because it's more than one. Many times it involves relationships. They want the answer they want. And they keep re-asking the question till they get the answer they seek or till they get too angry to continue.
